  Daylight robbery. Got a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 in April 2016 and the display has stopped working (August 2017). One day I'm told the repair will be for free because I've had the phone for less than two years (seems fair) then the next day they try claiming I've had it for longer and my warranty has run out. They're now trying to charge me £100 to get it fixed and tried claiming that there are 'signs of water damage'. These signs are non-existent, as is evident in the picture and I find it insulting that they have tried to pin the blame on me. I've been a loyal customer for nearly ten years and will be going elsewhere at the end of my contract. Needless to say I would not recommend this ****hole full of thieves to my worst enemy. Would rate less than one star if I could.
