  I met Karen at a time when I was medically diagnosed as a chronic migraineur, having suffered for over 20 years and fully resigned to live in near constant pain. I can't imagine what my life would be like right now had it not been for the support I received from Karen. She was instrumental in helping me address some very deep-seated issues I had never fully confronted, those that date back to my childhood and adolescence. Her innate ability to draw on multiple therapeutic techniques as relevant and overlay that with the most genuine warmth created the safe space I needed to heal and explore the underlying causes of my physical pain. Karen took the time to truly understand my challenges, focused on helping me uncover the root causes of these issues and infused in me a great sense of hope and positive energy.
  
  The homework, the practical exercises and the very hands-on and empirical approach to facilitating solutions is so unique to Karen's practice, she has truly empowered me with the tools and insight I need to help myself.
  
  I will be forever grateful to Karen, for somehow knowing how to combine what I can only describe as an invisible healing touch with established clinical practices of hypnotherapy to help me realise my dream of pain free days. Whilst I still face the occasional migraine attack, they are few and far between. I am no longer a chronic migraneur and it still feels surreal to say this out loud.
