  Worst management in the history of humankind!
  
  The home was the best place to work in before she became the manager which was a job she wasn't even qualified for and never deserved. Due to the bad experiences almost everyone has left the home as it was impossible to cope with the stress she puts on people. Having physical relationships with the handyman during the working hours was another uncomfortable experience to deal with. For some reason her superiors (David Gayler) doesn't even bother to bat an eye against her behavior which was another reason why people has to leave the place.
