  I brought a mini cooper 2004 plate modified with coilovers on it.....thought we got a bargain however it came with nothing but problems apparently due to being on coilovers which, we didn't find out until after going to numerous mechanics/garages including bmw....we replaced driveshaft after driveshaft and even a couple of gearboxes plus a load of other things which in the end still didn't solve the problem we kept having with our driveshafts snapping and horrible noises.... then we met Dale purely to have our car re mapped and what a good job he done there, a few weeks later we called him again as our driveshafts had snapped, he came collected the car from my home took it replaced the driveshaft and returned it (first and only time he done our driveshafts) when he returned it he explained we was having these problems because the car was too low the driveshafts where sitting at the wrong angel and we would probably continue to get the problem if we carried on driving round like that (no other garage knew or told us any of this) he then suggested that air suspension would work if thats something we was willing to buy... so we did getting his approval through it all and knowing he was gonna fit it, so he came and took the car again from my home and left me a courtesy car he fitted the air suspension which I can imagine not to be an easy job or a small job, the car came back and wow what a difference, lovely to drive, no noises nothing (few tweaks here and there with suspension which Dale was always there to come and do for us or even guide us) and not even had to replace driveshafts... What excellent service we received from him, honestly and reliable does a fantastic job... highly recommended will always go to Dale with our cars now
